"Fix selected problems" doesn't fix the selected problems

Hello,

I have been running Spybot for several years and I have been very thankful for its existence.

I am having trouble right now with getting it to remove the selected problems. As far as I know, I have not changed any of the settings from where they have always been.

I have verified that there are no updates to download.

I have all immunizations.

I have run S&D and found 57 problems.

I select 'Fix selected problems' and it tells me that the selected problems are fixed.

I run Spybot again and find all the same problems.

I fix selected problems again, reboot computer, run Spybot, do S&D, and problems are still there.

Attached is a pdf of the report.

Please help!

Please provide a complete log, thanks.

Open SpyBot,close all browsers, check for problems and fix everything found. Then on the toolbar menu select mode and switch to advanced mode, on the left lower down select tools, and view report, ensure all the options are selected near the bottom except:

Uncheck[ ] do not report disabled or known legitimate Items.
uncheck[ ] Include a list of services in report.
Uncheck[ ] Include uninstall list in report.

Attach or copy paste the log into this topic. :)
