Welcome to the forum, I am not seeing any malware in the log, but you do have a mess. I also want to make sure you did not run this log in safe mode.

You are running at least three. Uninstall all but one, then update that program and run a complete system scan and remove anything bad it find.

The jury is still out on how may Spyware programs are too many, I will have more information on this later. For now uninstall anything you do not own. If you own none of them, then uninstall them all. Once they are off the computer, download, install, update and run this program:

When that is complete, then follow these directions:

Start > Control Panel > Security Panel > Make sure all three items are green for go. At that point you will have one antivirus program, one firewall and your Windows critical updates will be activated.

When that is done, post a new HJT log and tell me how the computer is running.
