I've been battling with my computer for days, I have too many people here that use this computer and have just downloaded things allover the place. All week I've been deleting and scanning and trying to get rid of the problems. I bought SPYHUNTER because it was the only program I could find to get rid of SPYDAWN. But I just ran the SmitfraudFix and I'm reading somewhere that says Spydawn still. My computer is running extremely slow now and I cannot get into Internet Explorer. When I click it says... iexplore.exe-Unable to Locate Component
This application has failed to start because msvcrl.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.
I ran the scan on AVG Anti-spyware and it has quarentined C:\windows\system32\msvcrl.dll and says its infected with Logger.Goldun.ms should I restore it? PLEASE help it's one virus after another........
Here's a copy of my SmitfraudFix Scan

Welcome to the forum, since it seems you are finding the information you need, I will still post this link which is VIP:
BEFORE you POST" Mandatory Steps Before Requesting Assistance
http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288

I looked ahead and this infection has really messed up your security, changed all the IE protocols and corrupted your hosts file. I wish I did not have to give you this information but I must:
A Backdoor is a software program that gives an attacker unauthorized access to a machine and the means for remotely controlling the machine without the user's knowledge. A Backdoor compromises system integrity by making changes to the system that allow it to by used by the attacker for malicious purposes unknown to the user.
One or more of the identified infections is a backdoor trojan.
This allows hackers to remotely control your computer, steal critical system information and Download and Execute files
I would counsel you to disconnect this PC from the Internet immediately. If you do any banking or other financial transactions on the PC or if it should contain any other sensitive information, please get to a known clean computer and change all passwords where applicable, and it would be wise to contact those same financial institutions to apprise them of your situation.
Though the Trojan has been identified and can be killed, because of it's backdoor functionality, your PC is very likely compromised and there is no way to be sure your computer can ever again be trusted. Many experts in the security community believe that once infected with this type of Trojan, the best course of action would be a reformat and reinstall of the OS. You have what appears to be a Keylogger also, I would pull the plug on this machine and review your options to protect yourself, especially if any sensitive security information is stored on the computer. You do have a Smitfraud infection also, but that is the least of your worries.
I can help you clean the computer but there is no way you can ever be sure it is secure.

Please let us know what you have decided to do in your next post.

Thanks
