False drive window pops up

[why this]

I have installed Spybot S&D on a 64 bit based xp system. When ever I try to run S&D I get a window that pops up saying to insert a disk into the drive. It does not say what drive to insert it into. I am not sure what the problem could be. further more S&D will not run unless I keep hitting cancel in the window for the duration of the scan. can you help me please?:eek:
