I cleaned up grandma's computer using sbybot, but the computer is still dreadfully slow. Do you see anyuthing in my hijack log that is a concern?

Welcome to the forum, since I see no antivirus scan results, I have to
assume you missed this important information. "BEFORE you POST"
Mandatory Steps Before Requesting Assistance

all instructions, you may hold the antivirus scan, I will let you know
if I need it. I don't see a lot in the HJT log, but sometimes the junk hides, are your experiencing any symptoms besides slow? Getting any error messages? If so post them "word for word".

Let's try this and see what happens.

How to make files and folders visible:
Click Start > Open My Computer.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading, select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck: Hide file extensions for known file types
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm. Click OK.
You may reverse this for safety when we are finished.

Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.

Start > Control Panel > Add Remove Programs and uninstall MyWebsearch. Uninstall any other programs you know do not belong there, if you are not sure let me know and I will look.

Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

RIGHT Click on Start then click on Explore. Locate and delete these items:

C:\PROGRAM FILES ~1\MYWEBSEARCH~1\ <<< delete that folder

Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Now I would like you to follow the instructions in this link as they apply to this computer:

When all instructions are complete, restart the computer and post a new HJT log and tell me how the computer is running.
