Strange infection

I have done an antivirus system scan and found a virus named ODTEMDT2.EXE and removed it yet it keeps coming back so it seems to have some other malware that returns it ,online scan yields nothing..., please help.

Welcome to the forum, I can see the item running from O20 - Winlogon Notify: odtemdt2 - C:\WINDOWS\system32\odtemdt2.dll and not much else in the log. Winlogon items can be tough to remove because they logon during the boot process and there is little information about this one:

Start Hijackthis
Click on the Config button
Click on the Misc Tools button
Click on the button labeled Delete a file on reboot...
A new window will open asking you to select the file that you would like to delete on reboot. Navigate to the file: C:\WINDOWS\system32\odtemdt2.dll
and click on it once, and then click on the Open button.
You will now be asked if you would like to reboot your computer to delete the file. Click on the Yes button if you would like to reboot now.

Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:
