Thanks for returning your information, since Panda displayed a bunch of junk, let's start by cleaning:
* Clean your Cache and Cookies in IE: Close all instances of Outlook Express and Internet Explorer
Go to Control Panel > Internet Options > General tab
Click the "Delete Cookies" button
Next to it, Click the "Delete Files" button
When prompted, place a check in: "Delete all offline content", click OK* Clean your Cache and Cookies in Firefox (In case you also have Firefox installed): Go to Tools > Options.
Click Privacy in the menu on the left side of the Options window.
Click the Clear button located to the right of each option (History, Cookies, Cache).
Click OK to close the Options window
Alternatively, you can clear all information stored while browsing by clicking Clear All.
A confirmation dialog box will be shown before clearing the information.* Clean other Temporary files + Recycle bin Go to start > run and type: cleanmgr and click ok.
Let it scan your system for files to remove.
Make sure Temporary Files, Temporary Internet Files, and Recycle Bin are the only things checked.
Press OK to remove them.
Please do not post the HJT log in safe mode unless I request it that way.
Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune
http://www.atribune.org/content/view/25/2/
Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.
How to use the Delete on Reboot tool
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial42.html#delreb
Start Hijackthis
Click on the Config button
Click on the Misc Tools button
Click on the button labeled Delete a file on reboot...
A new window will open asking you to select the file that you would like to delete on reboot. Navigate to the file: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\winzfp32.dll and click on it once, and then click on the Open button.
You will now be asked if you would like to reboot your computer to delete the file. Click on the Yes button if you would like to reboot now.
Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:
(if you are positive the next item is safe, leave it)
O16 - DPF: {AF2E62B6-F9E1-4D4F-A10A-9DC8E6DCBCC0} (VideoEgg ActiveX Loader) - http://update.videoegg.com/Install/W...gPublisher.exe
O20 - Winlogon Notify: winzfp32 - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\winzfp32.dll
Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"
RIGHT Click on Start then click on Explore. Locate and delete these items:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\winzfp32.dll <<< delete that file if there
Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.
Restart the computer, then run and post another Panda Scan log and a new HJT log. Add any comments you think will help.
Thanks

Thanks for returning your information and the feedback, looking at Panda first.
Remove Spitfraudfix from your computer (must be downloaded freah if needed) and that will take care of all but this one:
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\??stem32\wucrtupd.exe <<< that item is Purity scan and it is a nasty. Delete that folder. I see no evidence of it in the HJT log but I suggest you look in Add Remove Programs for
PuritySCAN By OIN, OIN or OuterInfo. If you see any of those, uninstall them.
http://sarc.com/avcenter/venc/data/adware.purityscan.html <<< it's a nasty. If you see any other programs that do not belong there, uninstall them also.
The HJT log is clean and if you have no other malware problems, I would say you are good to go. Let's do this:
System Restore does not know the good files from the bad. In case bad stuff has gotten into your System Restore files, follow the instructions in this link to get clean System Restore files. Turn it off, reboot then turn it back on:
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2001111912274039?Open&src=sec_doc_nam

It seems I still have a little residual. Where did the adware/ist.istbar come from? How did it get in registry?
I deleted the recycle bin to get rid of the other viruses. HJT log file follows...

Where did the adware/ist.istbar come from? How did it get in registry?I have no idea, that is probably left from an old infection. You can try a registry cleaner or ignore it, can't do any harm with nothing else. You have a couple of cookies, here is how to control them:
http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/cookies.htm
The rest just requires that you empty the Recycle Bin. If you really want to fool with that registry item, here are a couple of freeware registry cleaners:
http://www.ccleaner.com/ <<< make sure you use the backup feature before fooling with the registry.
http://www.hoverdesk.net/freeware.htm <<< be sure to backup the registry.
Thanks

I just ran Sybot and it found Smitfraud-C.toolbar888 in the registry.
From the Spybot report
--- Search result list ---
Smitfraud-C.Toolbar888: Settings (Registry key, nothing done)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSSMGR
Is this a false positive?
