Im getting messages popping up all the time one after another on the bottom right of screen sayin that msn.logs.exe is on the blacklist and its laggin my comp...

Are you sure that the name of the process being blocked is msn.logs.exe? I can find no information on msn.logs.exe.

The only thing that I can suggest is to go into TeaTimer's "White & Black List" and unblock the process so that you get TeaTimer's dialog again and try deleting the file.
To do that
Right click on the TeaTimer system tray icon and select Settings. This will bring up TeaTimer's "White & Black List". There are four (4) Buttons across the top of the "White & Black List":
Allowed processes
Blocked processes
Allowed registry changes
Blocked registry changes
Note: If you don't see all four buttons, try expanding the window to the right.
Look in "Blocked processes" and delete the entry for the blocked process clicking on the scripted black "X" to the right of the entry that you want to delete and then clicking the "OK" button when you're done. This will in effect make TeaTimer forget what you told it to remember so that during future changes to these items TeaTimer will issue a pop-up dialog rather then just a notification pop-up.
When you get the following pop-up dialog for that process:
Spybot - Search & Destroy has encountered and
terminated a process that is listed as part of a
malicious software.
If Spybot - Search & Destroy encounters this process again…
● Inform me again.
○ Automatically kill this process.
○ Allow this process to run (NOT RECOMMENDED).
■ Delete the associated file. [?] [OK]
Select "Inform me again", check the "Delete the associated file" option and click "OK".
If the process returns because the file cannot be deleted, I suggest that you consider posting in the Malware Removal (http://forums.spybot.info/forumdisplay.php?f=22) forum and having someone take a look at your system. Follow the instructions here:
