My computer has started running slow in the past month or two when I first log in to Windows. I didn’t load any new programs prior to this starting and cant figure out why it suddenly started to slow down on startup. I rub S&D check every week automatically, along with a virus scan. I clean and defrag my disk once or twice a month as well. I know that when this accrued on my last machine a few years ago I was able to post a list of the programs that were loading at start but I don’t see a sub-forum for that anymore on here. Not to mention, I’m almost positive no new software was loaded prior to my start-up slowing down.
