ok..so i just bought a new computer..and it started running really slow, like it had spyware on it, so i downloaded spybot S&D and it didnt find anything...i dont know whats wrong. and when i try and take off things that are running in the backround it had a critical error message that come up saying that "there might be a critical error if i turn it off" so i dont know what to do....can someone please help?
