Please do not post HijackThis logs just to feel good about your clean machine which has no indication of infection.
This is the Malware Removal forum and You have been here before, so you should know the ropes by now. If you have a malware problem, post the logs required in the "Before you Post" instructions and provide us with some information about the problem.

my problem is that there is a icon in my notification area on the toolbar that is a question mark that about every 10 minutes it puts up a ballon that says there is spyware on the computer but when i click on it it takes me to a site to by a new scanner. All of my current scanners, (spybot, adware, ccleaner and vundo fix), cant find anything wrong. It takes me to the below site.
