I have been recieving this pop-up which prompts me to download "Ultimate Fixer" and as far as I can tell, it's not good. What do I do?

Ultimate Fixer is a new Rogue Application, Rogue/Suspect Anti-Spyware Products & Web Sites. Not listed yet.

If you can find the file/s, please zip and send to: detections(AT)spybot.info (Replace AT with @)

Then follow the procedure in this link: "BEFORE you POST" -Preliminary Steps
