windows dump with nvidia geforce6200 driver

I have Windows XPpro SP2 ,Graphic board Geforce 6200
Antivirus: Symantec,Ad-aware,a-squared,Spybot search & destroy

Problem: Since several days I have a dump at Windows start as follows:

0x000000ea (0x868b1020, 0x86b2f008, 0xf79bfcb4, 0x00000001)

No anti virus , anti malware did find anything. I have run a memtest during one hour no error,deinstalled nvidia and reinstalled updated with latest driver version from nvidia... Nothing changes.

Welcome to the forum, you have posted in a malware forum, for issues with Nvidia I suggest you start here:

The error message you posted (if it is correct and exact) returns nothing from Google.

I doubt very much this has anything to do with malware, and the only thing I see in the HJT log is an out of date Java program (will get you infected)
