Spyware/Malware?

This computer functions very slowly and I have no idea. It has 512 MB of memory. I ran Spybot Search & Destroy and it didnt find anything. I also ran Symantec Anti-Virus, and Ad-Aware and no luck. It is also fully updated with Microsoft. Could someone please help with this. Here is the HJT Log. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum, I really don't see anything in the HJT log that looks like malware either? I need to say that all things that slow a computer are not malware, here are some ideas to try:

Hackers have learned how to hide their junk from HJT and that is why we specify an online scan. You have Trend Micro installed, the scan results from it would be a start. I will also say that with malware, slow is normally not a symptom, if malware is at play, there will usually be some symptoms, like popups or something.

No Tashi, this is not my personal computer. I am sorry that I didn't point it out. But I am not getting paid to do it and I was asking for suggestions in helping me figure this thing out.
