Please, please, I tried to find something similar on other threads here, but I guess I have to make a new thread. Sorry
I am infected by something but Spybot (which I have been successfully using for years) doesn't find anything. I also have Avast! installed and tried avg antispyware too, but nothing comes up.
There is this window appearing every now and then asking me my connection telephone number (I've got dsl cable), I can continue working on the internet only if I leave it open. If I click Cancel, it disconnects me and I have to create a new connection!

Other weird thing. If I write Hijackthis, ccleaner, cwschredder on the google search, or even in Start-find-files.. it shuts down the window immediately.

I tried TrendMicro House call, and after a few minutes scanning the window shuts down!

If I have spybot and avast antivirus, why is my pc so vulnerable? This is the second time in two months. The last time I had to format, it was a different virus but it blocked all antivirus! Am I just UNLUCKY

Should I give you start up list from my Spybot?

THANKS FOR REPLY!!!

Hello,

Please download the latest detection update (2007/04/11):
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html
Or choose the direct installation file:
http://www.safer-networking.org/updates/files/spybotsd_includes.exe

Please run a scan in safe mode:
http://www.computerhope.com/issues/chsafe.htm
That should fix it.

If this doesn't solve the problem please send us your *complete* Spybot bug report: Run Spybot - Search & Destroy and switch to Advance Mode via the menu item Mode, let it scan, try to fix the problems (!) and then go to "Tools --> View Report". Tick on all of the 10 checkboxes (leave "Do not report disabled or known legitimate items" unchecked) you can find there and click on "View Report". Now choose "Export" and save the file to your desktop. Please attach this file to your email and send it again to detections(at)spybot.info.

Best regards
Sandra
