Please Help..I Cant Get Rid Of It

i recently ran S&D and it found a bunch of spyware on my pc...one of them was Smitfraud...it cleaned all of them away except rpcc.dll. i was able to manually delete the .dll file and after i did that i ran S&D again and it found nothing...i also ran Ad-Adaware SE and it too found nothing so i thought i was ok...but now i get a ridiculous amount of pop-ups and slow pc performance...please help me get rid of watever it is thats doing this to my pc...my Hijack-This results are below.

Please read and follow all instructions and post all required logs or reports, anything less will slow your process. Use "Post Reply" to post the information in the instructions and stay in the same topic.

1) Post the results of the free online virus scan as required in the instructions.

2) We may be dealing with a hidden Vundo trojan, rename HijackThis.exe, call it xtcrulez.exe or what ever you wish. Restart the computer and post a new HJT log also.
