Major Trojans && Internet Explorer pop-ups

For some reason in the past week I've been having terrible problems with my computer, and I rarely have problems. First my issues started with my computer randomly turning off and restarting its self. It goes through this 3 times a day. This also happend around the same time my AOL stopped working, which I think was part of my firewall. Now each time I get on the computer I get attacked by Internet explorer pop-ups with massive random icons all over my desktop. I use my AOL Spyware Protection to scan and with each scan I get around 9-14 Trojans on it. Which inclued Rustock 5, Trojan.Lager, TIS C, etc. It's rediculous. They also keep coming back. And it laggs and freezes my computer to the fullest. I need all the computer help that I can get. Here's my Hijacklog. Hopefully it will help. Thank you for reading. - Paige :)

I'm Blade and I am going to try to help you with your problem. Please take a note of five things.


I will start working on your Malware issues, this may or may not, solve other issues you have with your machine.
The fixes are specific to your problem and should only be used for this issue on this machine
The process is not instant. Please continue to review my answers until I tell you your machine is clear. Absence of symptoms does not mean that everything is clear.
If you don't know, stop and ask! Don't keep going on.
Please reply to this thread. Do not start a new topic.



First follow these instructions (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/lofiversion/index.php/t66364.html) to remove Deluxecommunications.


Please download AVG Anti-Spyware to your Desktop or to your usual Download Folder.
http://www.ewido.net/en/download/
Install AVG Anti-Spyware by double clicking the installer.
Follow the prompts. Make sure that Launch AVG Anti-Spyware is checked.
On the main screen under Your Computer's security.
Click on Change state next to Resident shield. It should now change to inactive.
Click on Change state next to Automatic updates. It should now change to inactive.
Next to Last Update, click on Update now. (You will need an active internet connection to perform this)
Wait until you see the Update succesfull message.
Right-click the AVG Anti-Spyware Tray Icon and uncheck Start with Windows.
Right-click the AVG Anti-Spyware Tray Icon and select Exit. Confirm by clicking Yes.
If you are having problems with the updater, you can use this link to manually update ewido.
AVG Anti-Spyware manual updates (http://www.ewido.net/en/download/updates/).
Download the Full database to your Desktop or to your usual Download Folder and install it by double clicking the file. Make sure that AVG Anti-Spyware is closed before installing the update. Don't run AVG yet. Will do it a bit later.


Download ATF (Atribune Temp File) Cleaner© by Atribune (http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=1) to your desktop. Don't run ATF yet. Will do it a bit later.


2. Please download Brute Force Uninstaller (http://www.merijn.org/files/bfu.zip) to your desktop.
Right click the BFU folder on your desktop, and choose Extract All
Click "Next"
In the box to choose where to extract the files to,
Click "Browse"
Click on the + sign next to "My Computer"
Click on "Local Disk (C:) or whatever your primary drive is
Click "Make New Folder"
Type in BFU
Click "Next", and Uncheck the "Show Extracted Files" box and then click "Finish".
3. RIGHT-CLICK HERE (http://metallica.geekstogo.com/alcanshorty.bfu) and choose "Save As" (in IE it's "Save Target As") in order to download Alcra PLUS Remover.
Save it in the same folder you made earlier (c:\BFU).

Do not do anything with these yet!

Reboot into safe mode (press F8 before Windows' loading screen and select safe mode)


Running temp cleaner & AVG Anti-Spyware & Bruteforce uninstaller

Double-click ATF Cleaner.exe to open it

Under Main choose:
Windows Temp
Current User Temp
All Users Temp
Cookies
Temporary Internet Files
Prefetch
Java Cache
*The other boxes are optional*
Then click the Empty Selected button.

Firefox:
Click Firefox at the top and choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click NO at the prompt.

Opera:
Click Opera at the top and choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click NO at the prompt.

Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.



Close ALL open Windows / Programs / Folders. Please start AVG Anti-Spyware and run a full scan.
Click on Scanner on the toolbar.
Click on the Settings tab.
Under How to act?
Click on Recommended Action and choose Quarantine from the popup menu.
Under How to scan?
All checkboxes should be ticked.
Under Possibly unwanted software:
All checkboxes should be ticked.
Under Reports:
Select Automatically generate report after every scan and uncheck Only if threats were found.
Under What to scan?
Select Scan every file.
Click on the Scan tab.
Click on Complete System Scan to start the scan process.
Let the program scan the machine.
When the scan has finished, follow the instructions below.
IMPORTANT : Don't click on the
Save Scan Report
button before you did hit the
Apply all Actions
button.
Make sure that Set all elements to: shows Quarantine (1), if not click on the link and choose Quarantine from the popup menu. (2)
At the bottom of the window click on the Apply all Actions button. (3)

When done, click the Save Scan Report button. (4)
Click the Save Report as button.
Save the report to your Desktop.
Right-click the AVG Anti-Spyware Tray Icon and select Exit. Confirm by clicking Yes.



5. Then, please go to Start > My Computer and navigate to the C:\BFU folder.
Start the Brute Force Uninstaller by doubleclicking BFU.exe
Behind the scriptline to execute field click the folder icon http://metallica.geekstogo.com/foldericon.png and select alcanshorty.bfu
Press Execute and let the program do it’s job. (You ought to see a progress bar if you did this correctly.)
Wait for the complete script execution box to pop up and press OK.
Press exit to terminate the BFU program.

Reboot into normal mode.


Download and run the following PurityScan uninstaller from on of the two below links:

PurityScan Uninstaller Link 1 (http://www.outerinfo.com/OiUninstaller.exe)

PurityScan Uninstaller Link 2 (http://www.purityscan.com/uninstall.html)


1. Save the Uninstaller to your desktop.
2. Double click on the OiUninstaller.exe icon on your desktop.
3. Click on
Run
.
4. Enter the four digit code that is displayed and click on
Uninstall
.
5. Click on
Ok
and reboot your computer.
6. Then delete the below folder if found:

C:\Program Files\PurityScan

Download
SDFix (http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.zip)
and save it to your desktop.

Please then reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the
following :
Restart your computer
After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the
Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually;
Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu with options should appear;
Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode, then press
Enter
.
Choose your usual account.

In Safe Mode, right click the SDFix.zip folder and choose Extract
All,
Open the extracted folder and double click RunThis.bat to
start the script.
Type Y to begin the script.
It will remove the Trojan Services then make some repairs to the
registry and prompt you to press any key to Reboot.
Press any Key and it will restart the PC.
Your system will take longer that normal to restart as the fixtool
will be running and removing files.
When the desktop loads the Fixtool will complete the removal and
display Finished, then press any key to end the script and load
your desktop icons.
Finally open the SDFix folder on your desktop and copy and paste the
contents of the results file Report.txt back onto the forum with
a new HijackThis log

Thanks Blade for the reply. Don't worry, I'm not ignoring you at all. My computer is just so slow at this time, so badly that I have to use a different computer just to get on the internet. I'm still trying to install the BFU. I'll post the logs once I get everything done :)

I got a couple things done, but I'm not done yet. My computer is running really slow and keeps freezing up. Is there anyway I can make it go fast or at least make it so it will stop freezing up on me?
