Welcome back to the forum, you just here and left with a clean machine on 1/9/2007? It seems you ignored my advice completely, did you bother to look at the information from other expert to help you stay clean?
You are infected, and I can't tell if you have a Vundo infection or not, but there is a good possibility. Since you have not posted the required antivirus scan I have to assume you did not read this information.
