.exe are disappearing

Hi all,
I've found a thread concerning what I'm asking now but it has been archived!
Yesterday something strange happened! Spybot and Norton (and probably other monitoring stuff) executable files disappeared from my hard disk! I tried to reinstall both of them but (probably) there is a process (virus?) that blocks their installation! I've also tried with another antivirus (AntiVir) but also some of its executables can't be writted on disk!
What can I do to try to fix this problem?
