Themida after boot

Hi,

i'm new to this forum, but thats how it goes, troubleshooting is only needed when in trouble.

Well, today i had to reboot my PC (winXP) and found a screen at the beginning "Themida" no idea where that came from. I reseaerched on it and know now it could be connected to malware as well as goodware. I tried to find out what brought Themida about, no luck.
I ran Spybot S&D, adaware, nod32, a-sqared free, no change, the screen is still there.
I would like to know whether it's possible to find the item which uses Themida.
And, if malware, how to remove.
