Pop-Ups

I happen to have some kind of malware or adware on my computer. I am a firefox user but almost every new page I go to brings up a pop-up in IE with hxxx//url.cpvfeed.com at the start of the site listing then a string of symbols and letters and then also the name of whatever webpage I was going to in Firefox. I have tried spybot and spywareblaster and can not seem to rid my computer of whatever is causing this. Can anyone help with this please. thank you. Darcy Sr.

Make sure Spybot-Search & Destroy is up to date:

Open and start a scan ("check for problems"). After the scan, right-click in the results field and choose either "Save full report to file..." or
"Copy full report to clipboard".

Attach the file (or copy the report) to the email and send it to: detections(at)spybot.info (Replace AT with @)

Then follow the procedure in this link: "BEFORE you POST" (http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288) and start your own thread in the Malware Removal Forum (http://forums.spybot.info/forumdisplay.php?f=22)
