Help! HijackThis results for viruses/SpyWare

Can someone please help me. I've been getting a lot of annoying Spyware ads and pop-ups and I had a Protection Bar but I think I may have solved that problem. Can you check my HijackThis results and see if there's anything else I should be concerned with? Thank-you in advance!!

Just a quick follow up. After using HijackThis and deleting the Protection Bar file (as recommended on another site) I am still getting a question mark symbol in the bottom shortcut bar (where the internet connection icon is) that keeps saying "Spylocked" and "Malware Threat". I am unable to delete this icon. Also when starting the internet, the start page reverts to hxxp://asafetywarning.com, trying to sell me protection for Spyware. Because of all this I'm sure that the Protection Bar wasn't the only problem, can someone please suggest how to get rid of all this! Thank-you!!

Welcome to the forum, looks like Smitfraud to me, let's have a look:

Search:
Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe
Select 1 and hit Enter to create a report of the infected files. The report can be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt

Note: process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool". It is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.

Thanks for returning the information, the fix has found the infection, let's see how much of it will clean, like this:

Clean:
Reboot your computer in Safe Mode (before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually)
Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe
Select 2 and hit Enter to delete infect files.
You will be prompted: Do you want to clean the registry ? answer Y (yes) and hit Enter in order to remove the Desktop background and clean registry keys associated with the infection.
The tool will now check if wininet.dll is infected. You may be prompted to replace the infected file (if found): Replace infected file ? answer Y (yes) and hit Enter to restore a clean file.
A reboot may be needed to finish the cleaning process. The report can be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt

Optional:
To restore Trusted and Restricted site zone, select 3 and hit Enter.
You will be prompted: Restore Trusted Zone ? answer Y (yes) and hit Enter to delete trusted zone.
Note, if you use SpywareBlaster and/or IE-SPYAD, it will be necessary to re-install the protection both afford. For SpywareBlaster, run the program and re-protect all items. For IE-SPYAD, run the batch file and reinstall the protection.

Restart the computer and post the C:\rapport.txt and a new HJT log. We may have more to clean and I will post those instructions as soon as I see the report from Smitfraudfix.

I'm noticing a big difference already - there havn't been any more pop-ups and when going on the internet it goes to my normal homepage, not the 'security' homepage is was always going to. Delete the tools we used, they do not update and must be downloaded fresh each time. The exception would be the ATF-Cleaner you are about to use. You may keep that nice small tool if you wish.

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

I really see no malware, the items I removed will be put back if you visit the site again and they are valid. Let's clean your System Restore files:
System Restore does not know the good files from the bad. In case bad stuff has gotten into your System Restore files, follow the instructions in this link to get clean System Restore files. Turn it off, reboot then turn it back on:
