Fixed: Toolbar from Antivirus?

I have antivirus program Active Virus Shield. It come with one security toolbar.
Why Spybot S&D tell us that toolbar is problem and not from Kaspersky? Active Virus Shield is free version of Kaspersky - from one autor! :sad:
From 3 Months above i see Spybot have not definition for this security toolbar, thats why show me two problems:
1. Tollbar is not from Kaspersky and this software is connecting with malicious Web sites.
2. IE 7 wass changed security settings from unautorized object , or possible from other security program.
Why this definition is not fixed? :scratch:

If you are receiving a false positive, please produce a short log (showing items flagged)

• Open SpyBot.
• Check for problems.
• When finished, right click and choose copy results (not the full report) to clipboard and post that into topic.

I am warry that is too late, becouse i have new Windows without antivirus Active Virus Shield. Any way, what's the problem? :sad: Can i know why these problems are stay in your software?
