Do not be concerned if the scanner "finds" things it says it cannot fix. Save the log/report at the end of the on-line scan to post in your topic
I will let you know if I need you to post that scan. I can let you know that you have at least two nasty infections. Smitfraud and LOP/C2 Media.

If you set that Hosts file the way it is, you will need to replace it once we are done, so you will want to make a record of what you have in it.

Note: process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool". It is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.
