I cannot delete or remove the ipwindows.
ipwins.exe , ipwins.dl, and uninstallshield.exe named three files are there in my computer at C:\Program Files\Ipwindows .
please help me remove them and any other malware or virus I have..
I have read and done as is told in "BEFORE you POST" Mandatory Steps
There are slow downs and pop ups and
I cannot also do the online scan since my computer restarts in middle of installing the Activex controlls for the online scan.. please help...

One or more of the identified infections is a backdoor trojan.
This allows hackers to remotely control your computer, steal critical system information and Download and Execute files
I would counsel you to disconnect this PC from the Internet immediately. If you do any banking or other financial transactions on the PC or if it should contain any other sensitive information, please get to a known clean computer and change all passwords where applicable, and it would be wise to contact those same financial institutions to apprise them of your situation.
Though the Trojan has been identified and can be killed, because of it's backdoor functionality, your PC is very likely compromised and there is no way to be sure your computer can ever again be trusted. Many experts in the security community believe that once infected with this type of Trojan, the best course of action would be a reformat and reinstall of the OS. I have read the information in the links you had given.. But unfortunately I can't reformat and reinstall at present.
Please advice me on how to remove the backdoor trojan.
I will reformat and reinstall the earliest I can when some work is over. And I have changed my passwords and I am not now using this computer to do any banking transactions and also there is no sensitive information in it at present.
Anyway I request you to give steps to clean this machine so that I can use it safely for short time atleast one month before reformat..
And i would like to inform you that after this ipwins.exe got in my pc I use to get advertisement pop ups from some antispyware client.

Close all windows including browser and press fix checked.
Download SDFix (http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe) and save it to your Desktop.
Double click SDFix.exe and it will extract the files to %systemdrive%
(Drive that contains the Windows Directory, typically C:\SDFix)
Please then reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following :
Restart your computer
After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually;
Instead of Windows loading as normal, the Advanced Options Menu should appear;
Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode, then press Enter.
Choose your usual account.
Delete if present:

Empty Recycle Bin
Open the extracted SDFix folder and double click RunThis.bat to start the script.
Type Y to begin the cleanup process.
It will remove any Trojan Services and Registry Entries that it finds then prompt you to press any key to Reboot.
Press any Key and it will restart the PC.
When the PC restarts the Fixtool will run again and complete the removal process then display Finished, press any key to end the script and load your desktop icons.
Once the desktop icons load the SDFix report will open on screen and also save into the SDFix folder as Report.txt
(Report.txt will also be copied to Clipboard ready for posting back on the forum).
Finally paste the contents of the Report.txt back on the forum with a new HijackThis log

Hi
I've done all the things given as instructions..
there was problem when I clicked the clock on the right bottom corner of my taskbar it gave message " cannot find rundll32.exe", also this message came whenever I took any of the options in the control panel. I downloaded the file from the internet and put it in the folder C:\WINDOWS\system32 as it was instructed in a forum which I got by search, and the problem ended.
Moreover when I tried to fix O4 - Global Startup: .protected
after the Hijack scan it said..
"Unable to delete the file:O4 - Global Startup: .protected The file may be in use. Use Task manager to shutdown the program and run Hijackthis again to delete the file."
I looked in the processes tab of task manager and could not find the thing there. so i did not delete it using hijackthis..
thats all. posting the report.txt and the latest hijackthis log..

Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press Enter
This program will scan large amounts of files on your computer for known patterns so please be patient while it works. When it is done, the results of the scan will be displayed and it will create a log named rapport.txt in the root of your drive, eg: Local Disk C: or partition where your operating system is installed. Please post that log along with all others requested in your next reply.
IMPORTANT: Do NOT run any other options until you are asked to do so!
**If the tool fails to launch from the Desktop, please move SmitfraudFix.exe directly to the root of the system drive (usually C:), and launch from there.

Double click on rustbfix.exe to run the tool. If a Rustock.b-infection is found, you will shortly hereafter be asked to reboot the computer. After the reboot 2 logfiles will open (%root%\avenger.txt & %root%\rustbfix\pelog.txt). Post the content of these logfiles along with a new HijackThis log.
Upload this -> C:\WINDOWS\system32\Bifrost\server.exe to VirusTotal (http://www.virustotal.com/en/indexf.html) and post back results

I would counsel you to disconnect this PC from the Internet immediately. If you do any banking or other financial transactions on the PC or if it should contain any other sensitive information, please get to a known clean computer and change all passwords where applicable, and it would be wise to contact those same financial institutions to apprise them of your situation.
Though the Trojan has been identified and can be killed, because of it's backdoor functionality, your PC is very likely compromised and there is no way to be sure your computer can ever again be trusted.
