Welcome to Safer Networking, if you still need help and are not receiving it elsewhere, it appears you have missed some important instructions our administrator has posted at the top of the forum, especially this: "BEFORE you POST" Mandatory Steps Before Requesting Assistance
http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288
All advice given is taken at own risk.
Please read and follow all instructions and post all required logs or reports, anything less will slow your process. Use "Post Reply" to post the information in the instructions and stay in the same topic.

Since I do not see the required antivirus scan, I wish to be sure you saw that information. This is a backdoor trojan and a lot is not know about it, here is the Google.
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=ntos.exe%2C&btnG=Search <<< make sure you review the information to help you make your decision.
Since it is a backdoor trojan, I believe you should have this information.
You're infected, one or more of the identified infections steal information. If this system is used for online banking or has credit card information on it, all passwords should be changed immediately by using a different computer (not the infected one!) to make the changes. Banking and credit card institutions, if any, should be notified of the possible security breech. I suggest that you read this article too.
How Do I Handle Possible Identify Theft, Internet Fraud and CC Fraud?
http://www.dslreports.com/faq/10451
When Should I Format, How Should I Reinstall
http://www.dslreports.com/faq/10063

I can help you remove the trojan, I just cannot ever assure you the computer is safe. Let me know what you wish to do with your next post.

Thanks
