Multiple Problems Detected

My problems started with a junk e-mail that was inadvertently opened. I had both Adaware and Spybot S & D installed, as well as Norton AV, and after finding problems, have also downloaded Spy Sweeper. My problems started with Spysherriff and Winhound. I then detected Spyaxe. I have also found trojan-downloader-zlob, trojan-downloader-perlink.biz, trojan-downloader-adaware.cc, security2k hijacker and specificclick.com. Currently, when launching IE my browser displays "www.systemwarning.com". My desktop will not display, either.

HJT must be in it's own folder, not run from a Temporary Directory or zip.

I scanned with updated Norton AV and it found 56 instances of trojan viruses. I then scanned with Spybot S & D 1.4, which did not find anything. I then scanned with HJT from within a newly created folder. Here is the log:

My wallpaper will not display, and Windows Installer tries to install Microsoft Money upon bootup. I just dismiss it, and will re-install it later.

Hi

In the windows Control Panel click Display > Desktop > Customize Desktop > Web > Uncheck Security Info or security if present.
Click the apperence tab under Windows and buttons change it to Windows XP style > click apply and OK.

After following the instructions in:

it seems that all viruses have been cleaned out, but I can no longer send or receive e-mail via Outlook.

When starting Outlook, I receive an Outlook warning box:

The add-in "C:\Program Files\Panda Software\Panda Titanium 2006 Antivu..." could not be installed or loaded. This problem may be resolved by using Detect and Repair on the Help menu. Unable to load "C:\Program Files\Panda Software\Panda Ti...". You may be out of memory, out of system resources, or missing a .dll file.

Then, after Outlook starts up and I select Start/Receive, the Outlook Send/Receive Progress window displays:

Task 'pop.east.cox.net - Sending and Receiving' reported error (0x80042108) : 'Outlook is unable to connect to your incoming (POP3) e-mail server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

Outlook was working immediately prior to running the virus cleanout procedures.

I have tried to use Detect and Repair from the Help menu, but with no luck.

Download\save the program, install it again reboot the pc if prompted then uninstall it.
