Hello I have found this same issue already solved in another forum but the issue is drweb no longer downloads and I was therefore unable to attempt the
removal.
The following problems which are occuring are first the services.csc expand tab is corrupt and no longer available and when I use the general tab constant errors occur when I try to start the proccess which have been stoped. Another problem is copying and pasteing no longer works, ie and firefox would shut down at first whenever I opened them. My wifi card no longer works since all my services have been stopped and worst of all I cannot download or install any virus protection beacause of the service errors. However I was able to run an online virus scan
and I removed all the viruses which showed up, however problems still occur. Another irritating problem is when I drop programs to the start tab the dissappear and I have to go into start manager to refind them.
I would really appreciate some help and I thank you for your effort.

Welcome to the forum, you have evidence in your HJT log of a nasty backdoor trojan, I can't tell yet if it has been removed or not:
http://research.sunbelt-software.com/threatdisplay.aspx?name=Backdoor.Win32.Bifrose.aat&threatid=70540
Here is some information : How Do I Handle Possible Identify Theft, Internet Fraud and CC Fraud?
http://www.dslreports.com/faq/10451
When Should I Format, How Should I Reinstall
http://www.dslreports.com/faq/10063

You may also have a Smitfraud infection, see this:
http://www.castlecops.com/startuplist-14062.html

Let's look for Smitfraud like this:
http://siri.geekstogo.com/SmitfraudFix.php <<< download Smitfruadfix from here and follow ONLY these instructions.

1) Search: Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe
Select 1 and hit Enter to create a report of the infected files. The report can be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt

Note: process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool". It is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.
http://www.beyondlogic.org/consulting/processutil/processutil.htm

2) How to make files and folders visible:
Click Start > Open My Computer.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading, select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck: Hide file extensions for known file types
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm. Click OK.
You may reverse this for safety when we are finished.

3) Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune
http://www.atribune.org/content/view/25/2/
Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.

4) Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =

O20 - Winlogon Notify: rpcc - C:\WINDOWS\system32\rpcc.dll (file missing)

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

5) RIGHT Click on Start then click on Explore. Locate and delete these items:

(search for this first item, need to go if there and could be in the System32 folder)

tcpipmon.exe <<< delete that file

C:\WINDOWS\system32\itilocad.dll <<< delete that file

C:\WINDOWS\system32\owyptvxd.dll <<< delete that file

C:\WINDOWS\system32\rpcc.dll <<< delete that file if there

6) Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Restart the computer and post the C:\rapport.txt from Smitfraudfix and a new HJT log. Add any comments you think will help.

Thanks

Well I attempted the steps provided and many of them were unsuccessful. I was able unable to delete the files in explorer since they were being used by another program. However I was able to delete one of them.
To go into more detail over my service issue this is my error. First when i open the service.msc the extended tab gives me a blank screen. Next when I go into the standard the properties button is not bringing up anything. Also when I try to run important proesses such as cryptographic service I get the following error: 1068: the dependency service or group failed to start and then when I try to start the dns client service I get error 5 access is denied. Things such as windows updater dont work for me. Windows installer doesn't work so I cant intall any virus protection.
If you can provide further assistance I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

I stopped to do some quick work online and saw your response. I will not be able to evaluate you log until morning (EST) but I see the error message and can provide information about that. If I remember correctly it has to do with an issue with one of the last Microsoft Critical updates. Look at this information, especially the first link. The google will provide more information if needed and as a last results, do contact Microsoft, I am next to positive they created the problem.

Thanks

Thanks for returning your information, Smitfraudfix is clean, you can remove that tool from your computer.

I see no evidence of the malware that was in the HJT log before. In light of the trojan that was onboard, I would change all passwords were I you and keep an eye on any accounts it could have had access to for a while.

I do however want to mention these issues:

1) Read this information please: http://forums.spybot.info/showpost.php?p=12880&postcount=2
Your Java program is out of date: Java\jre1.5.0_10\bin\jusched.exe <<< this entrry in the log indicates also that the Java scheduler is running. That scheduler has always been buggy and as you can see it did not prompt you or update for you, assuming you have it set for a time when the computer is on. I suggest you download the newest version of Java and uninstall all old versions in Add Remove programs. I also suggest you turn off the updater since it is using resourses and not working correctly, unless you find it was a problem with how you had it set.

2) Optional: O2 - BHO: Google Toolbar Notifier BHO - {AF69DE43-7D58-4638-B6FA-CE66B5AD205D} - C:\Program Files\Google\GoogleToolbarNotifier\2.0.301.3558\swg.dll
http://www.castlecops.com/clsid-32308.html

3) O8 - Extra context menu item: Scan link by Dr.Web - http://www.drweb.com/online/drweb-online-en.html <<< left by a scan you used, I would remove it with HJT

4) Appears you run Norton AntiVirus but have installed this:
O23 - Service: F-Secure BlackLight Sensor - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\F-Secure\Anti-Virus\fsblsrv.exe and it is running from services. I a afraid it may cause you problems running with Norton, see this:
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/nav.nsf/docid/2000031316555206
"Microsoft recommends that you have only one anti-virus program installed on your computer."
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2005/12/03/AR2005120300087.html
http://www.smartcomputing.com/editorial/article.asp?article=articles/2003/s1407/38s07/38s07.asp

Let me know how things are running once the issues you reported are fixed.

Thanks

Well it seems obvious now that any dangerous virus which was in my computer has been destroyed. Now the problem is recovery. I have tried muiltiple guides but almost all of them require the propertise tab which doesn't work in my services.msc. I also noticed my firewall will not start up I can also no intall updates because of certain services not starting up. I also noticed when I open my task manager there is no name next to my process and when I got to my cp and look at my acounts theres nothing there and no options. I ran a few different troubleshooting guides but failed. However I did uncover that there is some internal server error also.

And thank you agian for all the help. From your guides I have accomplished removing the viruses.

Thanks for the feedback, let's state the obvious, we were asked into this repair after you had already done what you wanted to do and I have no idea what tools or methods you used, and I have seen none of the logs from those tools so I have no idea what they did or did not remove. Considering the trojan, which I posted information about, creates the situation you are describing:

Severe risks are typically installed without user interaction through security exploits, and may allow an attacker to remotely control the infected machine. Such risks may allow the attacker to install additional malware and use the compromised machine to participate in denial of service attacks, spamming, and bot nets, or to transmit sensitive data to a remote server. The malware may be cloaked and not visible to the user. These risks severely compromise the system by lowering security settings, installing 'backdoors,' infecting system files, or spreading to other networked machines. You might be better off reinstalling the Operating System to recover from these problems. I will do what I can, and I can also direct you to experts in other forums that deal with the XP OS issues if you wish.

Since you start by mentioning corruption issues, try System File Checker first to repair or replace any corrupt or missing Windows Protected file:
http://www.updatexp.com/scannow-sfc.html

http://www.google.com/ <<< try asking google about these issues also, that is where I start.

rpc server issues: http://askbobrankin.com/rpc_server_unavailable.html
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=rpc+server+not+running&btnG=Google+Search

firewall issues: http://windowsxp.mvps.org/resetfwpol.htm
IF THIS is a third party firewall being supplied by say Symantec/Norton, discuss the issue with their technical support. They will probably have you reinstall after this kind of infection?

services.msc: running system file checker may repair this problem, if not you can look here for an answer:
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm

If you wish to ask for help from XP experts give this link a try:
http://forums.tomcoyote.org/Other_Computer_Problems_f83.html
or this one: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/forum56.html

Thanks
