DOS window randomly pop-up and AVG can't detect virus

My copy of Windows XP SP2 keeps pooping up a DOS window. This window comes from C:\Windows\Temp and has several names like win2f.tmp.exe, win41.tmp.exe, win48.tmp.exe, win55.tmp.exe, win57.tmp.exe. I saw this link from spybot.info (http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?p=79918) and followed the instructions but nothing was found. Could someone help me?
