Auto shutdown every 15 minutes, Excel running secretly in the background

Hello! My computer has the problems mentioned in the title. Moreover, there are a lot of error messages pop up everytime before it shuts down, they say something like "Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has an error". Also I haven't install any new program for quite a while, but my hard drive free space is getting smaller and smaller, any idea? Thanks for helping!!

i dont see a resident antivirus app on your computer. i would get one quick.
heres one, install, update and do full system scan with it:AVG free version:

also get this from avg, a antimlaware scanner. install,update and scan:

avg also has a free rootkit removal tool. download, install and run it:

after you run the three above, reboot once and rescan and post a new hjt log, see if things improve.

note:
Hacktool.Rootkit
this is a older rootkit, in any case its possible that someone has been all over your computer and can access your computer anytime. a reformat/reinstall is reccomended for compromised computers.

so that avg "guard" dosnt interfere with hjt do this first before using hjt:

Launch AVG Anti-Spyware and in the main window click "Realtime protection" (in green indicating "Active") to change to inactive.

Panda ActiveScan

* Once you are on the Panda site click the Scan your PC button
* A new window will open...click the Check Now button
* Enter your Country
* Enter your State/Province
* Enter your e-mail address and click send (use a fake e-mail)
* Select either Home User or Company
* Click the big Scan Now button
* If it wants to install an ActiveX component allow it
* It will start downloading the files it requires for the scan (Note: It may take a couple of minutes)
* When download is complete, click on My Computer to start the scan
* When the scan completes, if anything malicious is detected, click the See Report button, then Save Report and save it to a convenient location. Post the contents of the ActiveScan report

please rescan and post a new hjt log and the above panda active scan.
