my bot check is 64000+!
is there anyway to clear it?

Yeah, that's just the number of bots (bad things) that spybot is searching for, it doesn't mean that any of them are actually on your computer, just that if they are there, spybot will be able to find them.
(24353 / 638890) this just means that spybot is now looking for bad thing number 24353, out of 638890 bad things it will look for in total.
the name displayed to the right of that is the name of the bad thing it is currently looking for, unless something appears in red there's nothing to worry about.
