That looks to me like an infected Java cache, have a look at these instructions:

If it will help you may download and use this tool: http://www.atribune.org/public-beta/ATF-Cleaner.exe
Use this tutorial: http://security-central.us/forums/showthread.php?t=1925
And these instructions:
Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

I would still like you to use the instructions in the first link to make sure the cache is clean.

Just for the heck of it, please turn off TeaTimer before you do this, it has a way of blocking necessary changes as well as bad ones:

Restart your computer, turn TeaTimer back on and run your online scan again. Your HJT log looks clean, let me know if this takes care of that exploit in the Java cache.

Thanks so much for help. I followed the steps outlined above and the new online scan shows that I know longer have an infected java cache. I'm not posting another hijack this log, as you said the earlier one looked clean.

You are very welcome, I am just glad to have an easy one for a change, they are getting harder and harder and it is easier and easier to get infected. I believe cleaning your System Restore files would be a good thing to do: System Restore does not know the good files from the bad. In case bad stuff has gotten into your System Restore files, follow the instructions in this link to get clean System Restore files. Turn it off, reboot then turn it back on:
