All advice given is taken at your own risk.
Please follow the instructions carefully:
http://siri.geekstogo.com/SmitfraudFix.php <<< download Smitfraudfix from there and do this:
Search:
Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe
Select 1 and hit Enter to create a report of the infected files. The report can be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt
Note: process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool". It is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.

Save that C:\rapport.txt to post, and now follow these instructions:
Clean:
Reboot your computer in Safe Mode (before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually)
Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe
Select 2 and hit Enter to delete infect files.
You will be prompted: Do you want to clean the registry ? answer Y (yes) and hit Enter in order to remove the Desktop background and clean registry keys associated with the infection.
The tool will now check if wininet.dll is infected. You may be prompted to replace the infected file (if found): Replace infected file ? answer Y (yes) and hit Enter to restore a clean file.
A reboot may be needed to finish the cleaning process. The report can be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt
Optional:
To restore Trusted and Restricted site zone, select 3 and hit Enter.
You will be prompted: Restore Trusted Zone ? answer Y (yes) and hit Enter to delete trusted zone.
Note, if you use SpywareBlaster and/or IE-SPYAD, it will be necessary to re-install the protection both afford. For SpywareBlaster, run the program and re-protect all items. For IE-SPYAD, run the batch file and reinstall the protection.
Save that C:\rapport.txt
Restart the computer and post 1) C:\rapport.txt from "Search" 2) C:\rapport.txt from "Clean"3) A new HJT log, let me know how the computer is running.

Thanks for returning your information, please follow these directions:
1) Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune
http://www.atribune.org/content/view/25/2/
Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.
2) Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

R3 - URLSearchHook: Yahoo! Toolbar - {EF99BD32-C1FB-11D2-892F-0090271D4F88} - (no file)

O3 - Toolbar: Protection Bar - {31615D5C-5126-448A-818A-A7CDFEE85A9B} - C:\Program Files\Video ActiveX Access\iesbpl.dll
Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"
4) Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.
5) Open Hijackthis.
Click the "Open the Misc Tools" section Button.
Click the "Open Uninstall Manager" Button.
Click the "Save list..." Button.
Save it to your desktop. Copy and paste the contents into your reply.
Restart the computer and post the uninstall list and a new HJT log. Let me know how the computer is running now.

Sound good, great job following the complex instructions:bigthumb: Let's look at the Uninstall list first. I am looking for security issues and malware, it's a great chance for you to look for programs you no longer use, your call.

Very dangerous, download the newest version and then uninstall this old version in Add Remove programs.
That is all I see, but I do not know all of your programs. You should look them over to make sure nothing is there that does not belong. Nothing should be installed on your computer that you do not know.

You HJT log looks great, since your comments indicate all is well, then please follow these instructions to clean the System Restore files:
System Restore does not know the good files from the bad. In case bad stuff has gotten into your System Restore files, follow the instructions in this link to get clean System Restore files. Turn it off, reboot then turn it back on:
