pop ups, pop ups, everywhere

I have a lot of very anoying pop ups that I cannot get rid of with spybot search and destroy, avg spyware remover, and ad ware remover. I can pick them up and remove them but as soon as I restart they are back again

Looks like a Vundo infection to me, but first I want be sure you ARE NOT running two anti-virus programs:

Hard to tell, if you are using Norton/Symantec for something other than anti-virus protection, let me know.

C:\Program Files\Hijackthis\HijackThis.exe <<< rename HJT, call it theallknowin.exe or whatever. Restart the computer and then post a new HJT log and let me know where these popups are directing you to. Vundo will try to get you to purchase rouge products like Winfixer, Errorsafe, etc.
