Welcome to Safer Networking, if you still need help and are not receiving it elsewhere, it appears you have missed some important instructions our administrator has posted at the top of the forum, especially this: "BEFORE you POST" Mandatory Steps Before Requesting Assistance http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288
All advice given is taken at your own risk.
Please read and follow all instructions and post all required logs or reports, anything less will slow your process.
Use "Post Reply" to post the information in the instructions and stay in the same topic.

Since I see no required antivirus scan I must assume you missed the above instructions. I am not seeing this "virus" in the HJT log but this is an indication something has been at work:
O7 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System, DisableRegedit=1
See this information, if the administrator did not make this change, then malware did.
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/htlogtutorial.php#o7

You are telling you found the "virus" but you are telling me little else, I need to know the name, where it is located, what program found it, anything you can tell me to identify it so I will know how to remove it.

You are running two antivirus programs at the same time and this is not a good thing. They conflict with each other and you will be less safe than if you ran one good program and maintained it properly.
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/nav.nsf/docid/2000031316555206
"Microsoft recommends that you have only one anti-virus program installed on your computer."
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2005/12/03/AR2005120300087.html
http://www.smartcomputing.com/editorial/article.asp?article=articles/2003/s1407/38s07/38s07.asp

C:\Program Files\Alwil Software\
C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\
Please choose the one you wish to run and uninstall the other.

You are running HJT.exe from a .zip file in a Temporary Directory. This is unsafe as we will have no backups. That is why you received this message when you used HJT: http://russelltexas.com/malware/images/unsafefolder.gif
Please use the information in the following link to place HJT in a permanent, safe folder, I prefer C:\HJT\HijackThis.exe. If you need additional instructions use these: http://russelltexas.com/malware/createhjtfolder.htm

Follow the instructions in this link to download, install, update and run AVG Anti-Spyware, make sure you delete or at least quarantine anything it finds and save the scan report to post.
http://forums.security-central.us/showthread.php?t=3165

Correct those issues and supply the information I requested, post the scan results from AVG Anti-Spyware and a new HJT log.

Please tell me about any symptoms you are experiencing and any error messages. Post those, "word for word".

Thanks
