Hello,
Your system is terribly infected. Problem with these infections nowadays is, it causes a lot of damage. Even if we clean the malware off your system, I can't guarantee that your system will be clean afterwards, because these infections/bundles leave a lot of leftovers behind that most scanners won't even recognise and logs won't show.
Also, I can't promise you we can repair all the damage it caused... Even after cleaning the malware, you can still get errors afterwards because of the damage. Solving these is not always possible since it will be searching for a needle in a haystack to find the right cause and solution.
So, we can try to clean this up and do what we can, but keep in mind that we can't solve ALL problems this malware already caused.
In light of this it would be wise for you to back up any files and folders that you don't want to lose before we start. Reason I am telling this is because when a system is so terribly infected and we try to clean this up manually, the damage that is already present may interfere with our removal attempts.
Perform next steps in the right order without missing any step..!
It's better to print out the next instructions or save it in notepad, because you also have to work in safe mode without networking support, so this page wouldn't be available then.
It is also important you don't miss a step and perform everything in the right order!!
* Download SDFix (http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe) and save it to your Desktop.
* Double click SDFix.exe and it will extract the files to %systemdrive%
(Drive that contains the Windows Directory, typically C:\SDFix)
---------------------------
* Download Dr.Web CureIt to the desktop:
ftp://ftp.drweb.com/pub/drweb/cureit/drweb-cureit.exe
do not use the scan yet
--------------------------
* Reboot into Safe Mode`: ( without networking support !)
°To get into the Windows Safe Mode, restart your computer and, just before Windows starts to load, tap the F8 key a few times.
Choose Safe Mode from the menu that will appear and press Enter.
---------------------------

* Click on Fix Checked when finished and exit HijackThis.
Make sure your Internet Explorer is closed when you click Fix Checked!
--------------------------
Doubleclick the [b]drweb-cureit.exe, Click Start and Allow to run the express scan.
This will scan the files currently running in memory and when something is found, click the yes button when it asks you if you want to cure it. This is only a short scan.
It could be possible it displays a popup to buy it in between, to buy or 50% discount. Just close that popup again.
Once the short scan has finished, Click Options > Change settings
Choose the "Scan"-tab, remove the mark at "Heuristic analysis".
Back at the main window, mark the drives that you want to scan.
Select all drives. A red dot shows which drives have been chosen.
Click the green arrow at the right, and the scan will start.
Once the scan has finished, i will display a list of the files found and checked by default.
If the file "process.exe" was found - uncheck it. This because this file is related with SDFix and SDFix needs it. Most scanners do flag this file as a bad tool, but there's nothing wrong with it.
Then, Click 'Yes to all' if it asks if you want to cure/move the file.
When the scan has finished, look if you can click next icon next to the files found: http://users.telenet.be/bluepatchy/miekiemoes/images/check.gif
If so, click it and then click the next icon right below and select Move incurable as you'll see in next image:
http://users.telenet.be/bluepatchy/miekiemoes/images/move.gif
This will move it to the %userprofile%\DoctorWeb\quarantaine-folder if it can't be cured. (this in case if we need samples)
After selecting, in the Dr.Web CureIt menu on top, click file and choose save report list
Save the report to your desktop. The report will be called DrWeb.csv
Close Dr.Web Cureit.-------------------------
Open the extracted SDFix folder and double click RunThis.bat to start the script.
Type Y to begin the cleanup process.
It will remove any Trojan Services and Registry Entries that it finds then prompt you to press any key to Reboot.
Press any Key and it will restart the PC.
When the PC restarts the Fixtool will run again and complete the removal process then display Finished, press any key to end the script and load your desktop icons.
Once the desktop icons load the SDFix report will open on screen and also save into the SDFix folder as Report.txt
(Report.txt will also be copied to Clipboard ready for posting back on the forum).
Post the following logs in your next reply:
* Log from DrWeb CureIt
* Log from SDFix
* New HijackThislog
Thank you for your help. Sorry to take so long replying.

Hi,
I see you're not afraid of visiting cracksites and other illegal sites, because I see pirated software/cracks being downloaded.
If you visit cracksites, use cracks, you'll ALWAYS get infected. This not only because of the crack itself, but because one single click entering that site may already download and install a huge malware bundle.
You really have to change your surfing habits though, because these malware bundles may contain a keylogger, collecting all your passwords and installing other random malware, compromising your system including infecting other computers. And this all, because you visited some illegal sites.
Also, keep in mind, malware DAMAGES A LOT! And the damage can't always be repaired, so a format and reinstall is the only solution in such cases.
So is it really worth it? Get illegal software for "free", but compromise/break your computer instead.... :(
Better to avoid this instead and change your surfing habits. Then this wouldn't have happened.
Don't forget to change your passwords afterwards, once we are done with this thread, because they are known. Don't change them now, because as long as the malware is still present, it will gather the changed passwords as well.
You are also dealing with a nasty rootkit. :(
Anyway, it's important you follow my next instructions in the right order without missing any step!
Download
http://www.uploads.ejvindh.net/rustbfix.exe
...and save it to your desktop.
Double click on rustbfix.exe to run the tool. If a Rustock.b-infection is found, you will shortly hereafter be asked to reboot the computer. The reboot will probably take quite a while, and perhaps 2 reboots will be needed. But this will happen automatically. After the reboot 2 logfiles will open (%root%\avenger.txt & %root%\rustbfix\pelog.txt). I need these logs later.
Then, * Clean your Cache and Cookies in IE: Close all instances of Outlook Express and Internet Explorer
Go to Control Panel > Internet Options > General tab
Under Browsing History, click "Delete".
Click "Delete Files", "Delete cookies" and "Delete history"
Click Close below.
* Clean your Cache and Cookies in Firefox (In case you also have Firefox installed): Go to Tools > Options.
Click Privacy in the menu..
Click the Clear now button below.. A new window will popup what to clear.
Select all and click the Clear button again.
Click OK to close the Options window
* Clean other Temporary files + Recycle bin Go to start > run and type: cleanmgr and click ok.
Let it scan your system for files to remove.
Make sure Temporary Files, Temporary Internet Files, and Recycle Bin are the only things checked.
Press OK to remove them.
Then, check and fix next entry in HijackThis:
O20 - Winlogon Notify: winqgb32 - winqgb32.dll (file missing)
Open notepad and copy and paste next present in the quotebox below in it:
(don't forget to copy and paste REGEDIT4)
REGEDIT4
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\SharedAccess\Parameters\FirewallPolicy\StandardProfile\AuthorizedApplications\List]
"C:\\WINDOWS\\system32\\ftp.exe"=-
"C:\\DOCUME~1\\DPT\\LOCALS~1\\Temp\\winA0.tmp.exe"=-
"C:\\WINDOWS\\TEMP\\win47.tmp.exe"=-
"C:\\WINDOWS\\TEMP\\win73.tmp.exe"=-
"C:\\WINDOWS\\TEMP\\win564.tmp.exe"=-
Save this as fix.reg Choose to save as *all files and place it on your desktop.
It should look like this: http://users.telenet.be/bluepatchy/miekiemoes/images/reg.gif
Doubleclick on it and when it asks you if you want to merge the contents to the registry, click yes/ok.
(In case you are unsure how to create a reg file, take a look here (http://www.nellie2.co.uk/file.htm#How_to_Make_a_.Reg_File_) with screenshots.)
* Download Combofix (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe) to your desktop.
Doubleclick combofix.exe
Follow the prompts.
Don't click on the window while the fix is running, because that will cause your system to hang.
When finished and after reboot (in case it asks to reboot), it should open a log, combofix.txt.
Post this log in your next reply together with a new hijackthislog, and the logs from rustbfix.exe ( C:\avenger.txt & C:\rustbfix\pelog.txt )
Do NOT post the ComboFix-quarantined-files.txt - unless I ask you to.
I don't usually visit crack sites but did last week just before all this started. Needless to say I won't be doing that again. Lesson learnt..

Hi,
Your logs look clean again.
I see you have/had RegistryCleaner installed. I recommend you uninstall it, since this one damages more than it cleans.
Then delete next folder and file:
C:\Program Files\RegistryCleaner
C:\WINDOWS\system32\RegistryCleanerSetup.exe
Your version of Java is outdated and needs to be updated to take advantage of fixes that have eliminated security vulnerabilities.
Updating Java: Download the latest version of Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6u1 (http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp).
Scroll down to where it says "Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6u1".
Click the "Download" button to the right.
Check the box that says: "Accept License Agreement".
The page will refresh.
Click on the link to download Windows Offline Installation, Multi-language and save to your desktop.
Close any programs you may have running - especially your web browser.
Go to Start > Control Panel double-click on Add/Remove programs and remove all older versions of Java.
Check any item with Java Runtime Environment (JRE or J2SE) in the name.
- Examples of older versions in Add or Remove Programs: Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.2
J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0
J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 6
Click the Remove or Change/Remove button.
Repeat as many times as necessary to remove each Java versions.
Reboot your computer once all Java components are removed.
Then from your desktop double-click on jre-6-windows-i586.exe to install the newest version.
Let me know in your next reply how things are now.
Don't forget to change all your passwords, because they are known.
That registry cleaner program started itself. I guess it was part of the virus pack that was downloaded. It showed as an icon that looked the same as the norton icon with a security alert. I clicked and it installed.
Thank you so much Mr. Moes. I really apreciate you taking the time out of your life to help me with this.
I read the post "So how did I get infect in the first place" but i'm a little confused about what to install. Do I install spywareblaster, windows defender, SpywareGuard, IE-SPYAD and MVPShosts or just one of them?
Also, I can't really afford to update Norton right now. What AV program would you recommend in place of it?
In other words, what the hell do I do now?
Again, thank you very much.

About the different programs, I would suggest Spywareblaster and MVPShosts.
As for an Antivirus, if your Norton expired and you cannot afford to update it, I suggest you uninstall it and install another Antivirus. There are a lot of free ones out there as well. For example, Avira is a great free Antivirus.

Please make sure that you have uninstalled Norton first and rebooted before you install Avira. This because more than one Antivirus installed can cause a lot of problems since they are not compatible with eachother.
I also suggest you install a desktop Firewall which is more powerful than your Windows Firewall. Here are the ones I recommend:

What error do you get when you try to log in?
Any way your Comodo is interfering? Try to disable comodo and see if it works then.
