Hi,

I have 3 XP-Prof desktop which are a part of my WrokGroup.

My Business application requires my to give Administrator login of the dektop to my users.

I want to prevent my users from installating unwated applications like messengers, Games etc.

I believe if I have an application which can block installation of new application and registry entries, it will be of great help.

Will SpyBot help me with this ?

Can I setup SpyBot with an Admin password.
If I need to install an application, I will enter the password and allow the reg. change, else the reg change will be denied.

Similarly if I can block application installation and allow it only based on Admin password of SpyBot.

Is this possible with SpyBot.

If not, is there any other application which will help me do this.

My network is very small to implement ADS and Windows Server, hence I cannot take that route.

I am sre may people must have faced this problem and there must be tested solution.

Please share your thoughts.
