"MBS Account Manager" help, please?

Hi folks, hope you can help. I've started getting plagued with a pop-up telling me that I owe 'micro bill systems' money for some porn site. I know for a fact that I haven't signed up for any such thing.

Anyway, I hope you can help me remove this - the popup returns when deleted, and it has begun to lock itself for an increasing amount of time. I was advised to run 'hijackthis' and then post the log here:

Welcome to Safer Networking, if you still need help and are not receiving it elsewhere, it appears you have missed some important instructions our administrator has posted at the top of the forum, especially this: "BEFORE you POST" Mandatory Steps Before Requesting Assistance http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288
All advice given is taken at your own risk.
Please read and follow all instructions and post all required logs or reports, anything less will slow your process.
Use "Post Reply" to post the information in the instructions and stay in the same topic.

My advice would be to always look for pinned instructions which you appear to have missed. Read and follow the instructions, you may hold the online scan unless I ask for it. This MicroSysBill junk is hard to remove and you have other trojans also, here is what I see be before we proceed.

7) How to make files and folders visible:
Click Start > Open My Computer.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading, select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck: Hide file extensions for known file types
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm. Click OK.
You may reverse this for safety when we are finished.

Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.

9) AVG Anti-Spyware: Deactivate the Resident Shield
- Before proceeding, deactivate the "Resident Shield" as this may prevent changes to the registry.
- To do this, click "Change State" to the right of the Resident Shield option in the main window.
- You will clearly see the status change to Inactive if you have done this correctly.

10) Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

11) RIGHT Click on Start then click on Explore. Locate and delete these items:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\mbssm32.exe <<< delete that file

C:\Program Files\SpywareBot\ <<< delete that folder

c:\program files\common files\system\deb20a17.exe <<< delete that file

C:\WINDOWS\msdns.dll <<< delete that file

C:\WINDOWS\iedns.dll <<< delete that file

12) Follow the directions in this link to run AVG Anti-Spyware, be sure to delete or at least quarantine anything it finds and save the scan report.

13) Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Restart the computer and post that scan report and a new HJT log.
