Welcome to Safer Networking, "BEFORE you POST" Mandatory Steps Before Requesting Assistance
http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288
All advice given is taken at your own risk.

I wish to make sure you read the above information so we are on the same page. If you still need help, follow these directions.

These look like trojans and do not identify. If you do not know them, we will remove them. If you wish to scan to see what they are you can do that here: http://virusscan.jotti.org/
C:\WINNT\system32\mswdssvc.exe
C:\WINNT\system32\imejpmgr.exe

1) How to make files and folders visible:
Click Start > Open My Computer.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading, select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck: Hide file extensions for known file types
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm. Click OK.
You may reverse this for safety when we are finished.

2) Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune
http://www.atribune.org/content/view/25/2/
Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.

3) Turn off TeaTimer, it will block the changes we must make:
http://russelltexas.com/malware/teatimer.htm

4) Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [doom 3d] doom3d.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [doom 3d] doom3d.exe
(next two are resource waster related to Alexa toolbar, if you don't use Alexa, remove them)
O9 - Extra button: Related - {c95fe080-8f5d-11d2-a20b-00aa003c157a} - C:\WINNT\web\related.htm
O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: Show &Related Links - {c95fe080-8f5d-11d2-a20b-00aa003c157a} - C:\WINNT\web\related.htm

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

5) RIGHT Click on Start then click on Explore. Locate and delete these items:

doom3d.exe <<< delete that file (you will need to search for it, probably in the System32 folder with the other two)

C:\WINNT\system32\mswdssvc.exe <<< delete that file

C:\WINNT\system32\imejpmgr.exe <<< delete that file

(if you have trouble deleted any of those, use this tool, read the instructions carefully)

How to use the Delete on Reboot tool
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial42.html#delreb

6) Follow the instructions to download, install, update and run AVG Anti-Spyware. Delete or quarantine anything it finds and save the scan report to post.
(Don't confuse this with your Anti-Virus program, they are two different programs)
http://forums.security-central.us/showthread.php?t=3165

7) Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Restart the computer and post the scan results and a new HJT log. Let me know how the computer is running.

For your information, see this:
http://forums.spybot.info/showpost.php?p=12880&postcount=2
C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_10\ <<< Java is out of date, download the newest version and uninstall all old versions in Add Remove Programs.

Hi, yes thank you. This is actually a double post(I thought this thread wasn`t posted) and doom3d.exe in the registry was removed before I read this(Although the file itself didn`t seem to exist as I ran other tools to trace it but all said that there was no filepath).
However the the first unknown (mswdssvc) file you pointed out was indeed malware(DLOADER.trojan according to the scan)Which the other security expert missed out on. Thanks for the heads-up! The other one is legit I have a japanese keyboard set to default.
this is the new log after scanning with avg-antispy(Just an adware cookie found from avg)
