big problem with computer, runs extremely slowly hjt log included

Hello, just recently my computer has started to run extremely slowly, including starting up and running different programs such as microsoft word, internet explorer, etc. I ran a host of anti-spyware/virus programs including spybot sd, ad-aware, avg, spyware doctor, but all searches came up clean, but computer still runs slowly. You are running two antivirus programs at the same time and this is not a good thing. They conflict with each other and you will be less safe than if you ran one good program and maintained it properly.

C:\Program Files\Grisoft\AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5\guard.exe <<< a good program that I use a lot but if you do not own it, it is using a bunch of resources especially running at the same time as Windows Defender (which it may be conflicting with) and I also see another major resource user Spyware Doctor running in Services.
