Win32/darksma.x infection

My eTrust EZ Anti-Virus says I am infected with the Win32/darksma.x virus. It says it deletes it but it keeps coming back. How do I get rid of it? Here's the log file from hijack this:

Hi and welcome to the Board

I'm Blade and I am going to try to help you with your problem. Please take a note of five things.


I will start working on your Malware issues, this may or may not, solve other issues you have with your machine.
The fixes are specific to your problem and should only be used for this issue on this machine
The process is not instant. Please continue to review my answers until I tell you your machine is clear. Absence of symptoms does not mean that everything is clear.
If you don't know, stop and ask! Don't keep going on.

You should use older 1.99.1 version of HijackThis (http://www.thespykiller.co.uk/files/HJTsetup.exe) since Trend Micro HijackThis 2 is still in beta stage and should be only used when dealing with logs from Vista. After you've got older version rename its HijackThis.exe file -> scanner.exe to make possible hiding entries visible.


Please download
VundoFix.exe (http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=4)
to your desktop.
Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
Click the Scan for Vundo button.
Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button.
You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files,
click YES
Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing
Vundo.
When completed, it will prompt that it will reboot your computer,
click OK.
Please post the contents of C:\vundofix.txt and a new
HiJackThis log (taken with renamed 1.99.1 version of hjt).

Note: It is possible that VundoFix encountered a file it could not remove.
In this case, VundoFix will run on reboot, simply follow the above
instructions starting from
Click the Scan for Vundo button when VundoFix appears at reboot.
