Please help

My comp. is playing up and I think it is infected.
The screen just distorts to a point that nothing is legible or visible.
It starts by a small distortion then after a while nothing will be legible. When it starts playing up the comp. slows down.

I see no evidence of malware in that HJT log, this sounds like a hardware (monitor) problem to me and we remove malware here.
I suggest you consults the website of the manufacturer of the monitor for troubleshooting tips or perhaps a forum that deals with monitor issues.
