I could not figure out how to save my anti-virus log, all I can tell you is that it found "imsmain.exe Win32/Moiling!generic C:\Program Files\Video ActiveX Access\"

Since I can see you are infected, I will post the fix at one time. I would appreciate it if you would follow the instructions and post the reports from both the Search and Clean functions so I can see what is found and what is removed.

Search:
Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe
Select 1 and hit Enter to create a report of the infected files. The report can be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt

Note: process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool". It is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.

Clean:
Reboot your computer in Safe Mode (before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually)
Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe
Select 2 and hit Enter to delete infect files.
You will be prompted: Do you want to clean the registry ? answer Y (yes) and hit Enter in order to remove the Desktop background and clean registry keys associated with the infection.
The tool will now check if wininet.dll is infected. You may be prompted to replace the infected file (if found): Replace infected file ? answer Y (yes) and hit Enter to restore a clean file.
A reboot may be needed to finish the cleaning process. The report can be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt

Optional:
To restore Trusted and Restricted site zone, select 3 and hit Enter.
You will be prompted: Restore Trusted Zone ? answer Y (yes) and hit Enter to delete trusted zone.
Note, if you use SpywareBlaster and/or IE-SPYAD, it will be necessary to re-install the protection both afford. For SpywareBlaster, run the program and re-protect all items. For IE-SPYAD, run the batch file and reinstall the protection.

Restart the computer and post both of the C:\rapport.txt reports and a new HJT log. Let me know how the computer is running.

I'm a little angry with myself, it never dawned on me that it might overkey the rapport, so I had not saved the one from the search... so I only have the lattest one to post, the one from the clean. :oops:

No problem, how is the computer running now. The HJT log appears to be clean of malware. You do have an old Windows Live Messenger line here:
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {7E853D72-626A-48EC-A868-BA8D5E23E045} - (no file) that you can remove with HJT if you wish. It is NOT malware, just clutter.

If all is running well, then let's clean the System Restore files:
System Restore does not know the good files from the bad. In case bad stuff has gotten into your System Restore files, follow the instructions in this link to get clean System Restore files. Turn it off, reboot then turn it back on:

Thank you so much. Before, no matter what I tried to do on the internet, it kept re-directing me to their page asking to purchase their AV or AS... it would take me many many tried to be able to open up this page... now it's back to normal.

I was so scared that it was that malware from last time. I do have AVG on my laptop, but on this one, I have Freedom (MSN Starter pack) which is offered from the company I work for (they have a partnership with MSN). It is supposed to update itself automatically every hours, but I've wondered before about it's effectiveness, and I'm wondering again...

Now tomorrow I have to go to my friend's house and get her to get some help on here.

You are sure welcome, i am glad I was able to help. Did you look at this link I provided? http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=7344 While I can not say with 100% certainty, there is a good chance this infection was downloaded by someone who uses this computer. I saw that Sympatico Security Advisor but have no knowledge of the program. But...if the download was made as I think it was, then no antivirus program would have stopped it.
