Hi guys, I've never...ever...had a malware/virus problem till now and I've been using computers for about 10 years and I'm really not sure what to do. I know this is a big problem and being a spybot S&D chronic user this was my first place to check.

I ran SS&D and I had like 74 problems, fixed them, scanned again and all 74 were back, including smitbar.c. Heres my hijack this log.

Welcome to Safer Networking, if you still need help and are not receiving it elsewhere, it appears you have missed some important instructions our administrator has posted at the top of the forum, especially this: "BEFORE you POST" (READ this Procedure before Requesting Assistance)
http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288
All advice given is taken at your own risk.
Please read and follow all instructions and post all required logs or reports, anything less will slow your process.
Use "Post Reply" to post the information in the instructions and stay in the same topic.

If you have waited FOUR days for advice post here.
http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=1137

The above information is Pinned to the top of the forum for your benefit, all I need to know now is if you still have issues? If you do and want help, then read and follow the directions. I need to see a new HJT log, and hear about any symptoms you are having and error messages word for word.

If the issues are Spybot issues, post them here, where Spybot experts can assist. http://forums.spybot.info/forumdisplay.php?f=4

Thanks
