What's happening is folks are seeing that item in Spybot: http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=8668
and assuming it has to do with Vundo, which it does not unless it is bundled with the Vundo installer.
The other thing that is happening is that most folks are not bothering to read the instructions before they start which I need to point out to you now.

Welcome to Safer Networking, I wish to be sure you have viewed and understand this information.
"BEFORE you POST" (READ this Procedure before Requesting Assistance)
http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288
All advice given is taken at your own risk.

I can not comment on Vundofix unless I am shown the report from it, and much of that infection is hidden from HJT. I can only comment on HJT which is all you have shown me.

You have a really nasty item here: C:\WINDOWS\system32\winload.dll
O22 - SharedTaskScheduler: COM+ Service - {3C49DDAC-3DA4-4743-AF6C-5974FEAF875C} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\winload.dll

COM+ Service {3C49DDAC-3DA4-4743-AF6C-5974FEAF875C} X BHO winload.dll Password stealer, detected by DrWeb antivirus as Trojan.Faker and by by AntiVir as TR/Dldr.Agent.bhl
If you use those passwords for secure reason, they have very likely been compromised and I suggest you change them right away on a computer that is not infected. You should also view this information:
How Do I Handle Possible Identify Theft, Internet Fraud and CC Fraud?
http://www.dslreports.com/faq/10451

This one: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\winzzd32.dll well look for yourself: http://www.fileresearchcenter.com/W/WINZZD32.DLL-7683.html
So we better start with a look for hidden Smitfraud infection to be sure.

1) http://siri.geekstogo.com/SmitfraudFix.php <<< download Smitfraudfix from here and follow ONLY these directions.

Search:
Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe
Select 1 and hit Enter to create a report of the infected files. The report can be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt

Note: process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool". It is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.
http://www.beyondlogic.org/consulting/processutil/processutil.htm

2) Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune
http://www.atribune.org/content/view/25/2/
Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.

3) Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = http://69.50.191.52/2484/sp.php
O2 - BHO: COM+ Service - {3C49DDAC-3DA4-4743-AF6C-5974FEAF875C} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\winload.dll
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {91338C92-59D3-4B1F-9729-9AB0C8E968C1} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\awtss.dll (file missing)
O2 - BHO: Yahoo ToolBar - {BE756CFF-ADB4-4bc5-A35F-19E546E5710E} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\winnet.dll
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {C3D81A44-4F42-4941-8183-7FD4045A7B7a} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\cntobunt.dll
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [NI.UWAS7_0001_N91M2703] "C:\My Downloads\WinAntiSpyware2007FreeInstall.exe" -nag
O20 - Winlogon Notify: winzzd32 - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\winzzd32.dll
O22 - SharedTaskScheduler: COM+ Service - {3C49DDAC-3DA4-4743-AF6C-5974FEAF875C} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\winload.dll

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

4) RIGHT Click on Start then click on Explore. Locate and delete these items:

C:\My Downloads\WinAntiSpyware2007FreeInstall.exe <<< delete that file

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\winzzd32.dll <<< delete that file

C:\WINDOWS\system32\winload.dll <<< delete that file

(if any of those files gives you trouble, use this tool and instructions)

How to use the Delete on Reboot tool
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial42.html#delreb

5) Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Restart the computer and post the C:\rapport.txt from Smitfraudfix and a new HJT log.

Thanks

Thanks for returning your information, and you are infected with Smitfraud. Please follow these instructions.

Remove Smitfraud:

http://siri.geekstogo.com/SmitfraudFix.php <<< tutorial if needed

Clean:
Reboot your computer in Safe Mode (before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually)
Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe
Select 2 and hit Enter to delete infect files.
You will be prompted: Do you want to clean the registry ? answer Y (yes) and hit Enter in order to remove the Desktop background and clean registry keys associated with the infection.
The tool will now check if wininet.dll is infected. You may be prompted to replace the infected file (if found): Replace infected file ? answer Y (yes) and hit Enter to restore a clean file.
A reboot may be needed to finish the cleaning process. The report can be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt

Optional:
To restore Trusted and Restricted site zone, select 3 and hit Enter.
You will be prompted: Restore Trusted Zone ? answer Y (yes) and hit Enter to delete trusted zone.
Note, if you use SpywareBlaster and/or IE-SPYAD, it will be necessary to re-install the protection both afford. For SpywareBlaster, run the program and re-protect all items. For IE-SPYAD, run the batch file and reinstall the protection.
_______________________________________________________

You do have a Vundo infection also, for your benefit, here is some information that infection.
Since there is a class action involving this one, you may want to view this information:
http://www.networkworld.com/news/2007/030807-mystery-around-winfixer-slowly-unravels.html
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zBUZHiKhsog
http://msmvps.com/blogs/spywaresucks/search.aspx?q=winfixer+msn
http://www.revenews.com/wayneporter/archives/adware-spyware-greynets/getting_the_fix_on_winfixer_aol_network_now/
I would keep this computer offline except when troubleshooting, this just will download more. I will post all instruction at once, but understand I encourage you to read and follow the instructions carefully, this is your best chance at success. If you have Vundofix, delete it and download it fresh from the link I provide, that will have the newest updates.

1) How to make files and folders visible:
Click Start > Open My Computer.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading, select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck: Hide file extensions for known file types
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm. Click OK.
You may reverse this for safety when we are finished.

Thanks to Atribune and any others who helped with this fix.

Please understand these hackers can call there junk anything they wish. Vundofix may not know the files at first, but it will learn. You want to run the fix until you see all Vundo files say: "Has been deleted"

2) Please download VundoFix.exe (http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=4) to your desktop
Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
Click the Scan for Vundo button.
Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button.
You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES
Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.
When completed, it will prompt that it will reboot your computer, click OK.
Please post the contents of C:\vundofix.txt and a new HiJackThislogin a reply to this thread.Note: It is possible that VundoFix encountered a file it could not remove. In this case, VundoFix will run on reboot, simply follow the above instructions starting from "Click the Scan for Vundo button" when VundoFix appears upon rebooting.

If there is a file VundoFix doesn't find we need it submitted. Please submit
the files to upload malware http://www.uploadmalware.com

(hold the Vundofix report and HJT log until you finish)

3) Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

See this information: http://forums.spybot.info/showpost.php?p=12880&postcount=2
You can see all of those old versions of Java Vundofix is reporting.
Start > Control Panel > Add Remove programs and uninstall all but the newest version.

Then let me look to make sure you have no other security issues there:
Open Hijackthis.
Click the "Open the Misc Tools" section Button.
Click the "Open Uninstall Manager" Button.
Click the "Save list..." Button.
Save it to your desktop. Copy and paste the contents into your reply.

Your HJT log is much improved:bigthumb: one more line still there:

Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {D98FC2C1-6BE5-4C05-8D19-BEDEE3A17108} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\jkklk.dll (file missing)

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

You had several really bad infections, let's run a good scan to make sure nothing is hiding from us, follow the directions in this link to run AVG Anti-Spyware, make sure you delete or quarantine what it finds and post the scan report. http://forums.security-central.us/showthread.php?t=3165

System Restore does not know the good files from the bad. In case bad stuff has gotten into your System Restore files, follow the instructions in this link to get clean System Restore files. Turn it off, reboot then turn it back on:
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2001111912274039?Open&src=sec_doc_nam

Post the uninstall list, a last HJT log, the scan report from AVG Anti-Spyware and some feedback from you. How is the computer running now?

Thanks

I will say one thing every thing is working much smoother now, not as slow as it was. Never relized how bad it had gotten.

You had several really bad infections, let's run a good scan to make sure nothing is hiding from us, follow the directions in this link to run AVG Anti-Spyware, make sure you delete or quarantine what it finds and post the scan report. http://forums.security-central.us/showthread.php?t=3165
Please run AVG again and this time follow the directions and DELETE OR QUARANTINE what it finds.

Post the scan results again when this has been done, I am looking at the uninstall list and HJT log now, and will post if I see any problems with them.

Thanks

OK thanks, there was some nasties found by AVG Anti-Spyware.

Uninstall list:
Outerinfo <<< uninstall that junk, part of PurityScan adware and real nasty. If you have any trouble with it use this uninstaller:
UNINSTALLER
http://www.outerinfo.com/OiUninstaller.exe
TUTORIAL
http://www.outerinfo.com/howto.html

You have programs I would not allow on my computer but they are not "malware"
You may want to view these links:

I suggest you take a hard look at the installed programs to make sure you know what they are.

You may rename HJT if you wish and please delete any programs we used for the cleanup. You may keep ATF-Cleaner if you wish, it is a nice tool.

AVG Anti-Spyware is a good program but it does use some resources. Once the trial is over you can update and use the scanner for as long as you wish, but unless you purchase it you should turn it off completely so it does not run unless you start it manually.
