Spybot seems to only can my account for spyware not the entire computer

how can i have it scan all accounts? i scanned my bro and he had coolwwwsearch and another thing. my dad also had some things on his account. how can i have it scan for stuff on all accounts from mine. oh also i'm administrator on the computer and so is everyone else.

The entire system is scanned for most malware. However, because of restrictions in the Microsoft APIs (Application Program Interfaces) used by Spybot, the scan from one account does not include the Internet cache, cookies and some other user specific entries of other accounts.

i hope this is fixed in the next version i had to wait for when my bro left the computer so i could scan it. he had coolwwwsearch and a dialer which spybot quickly killed
