Spylocked

I'm sorry if there is already another thread like this, and I'm VERY sorry if I posted this in the wrong place, but I have been infected with something called Spylocked (I wanted to download Direct X but got mixed up and downloaded Active X...). I downloaded all the updates and such, and searched my computer using Spybot- S&D, but it has not been detected. Even now, as I type this message, it's sending me pop-ups, and there's a little speech bubble at the bottom of my screen. Can you please help me remove this pest?
