i dont know how to do this im sorta what you call a, "newbie"
i was wondering if anyone could please tell me how to remove
this thing because it is very annyoning...

I can tell you if this is something being found by Spybot, and you are receiving popups wanting you to by rouge programs like Winfixer, you have a Vundo infection, not Smitfraud, so do not expect it to be easy.
If it is Vundo, by the time it is gone you will know what annoying is.
