WhenU no longer detected?

Hi, I was just reading in wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WhenU) (not the most reliable of sources, I know), that whenU now has trust-e certification, and that spybot no longer detects whenU.

I was hoping that this isn;t really true?

If it is true, on what basis was whenU removed? Was it simply because they have "obtained" trust-e certification, or what?
