SpyPal, A Virus or Not?

I just came across a program, called SpyPal whilst surfing for a program to monitor other users on my computer, and i just wanted to know is SpyPal a virus or a form of malware, or just a very helpful program, i would appreciate any helpful advice and comments!

Messenger, Windows Messenger, Skype, MS Internet Explorer, Firefox, Netscape, AOL Explorer, Avant Browser, Maxthon, NetCaptor, SlimBrowser, clipboard activities, passwords typed, emails (MS Outlook 97/2000/XP/2003, Outlook Express), documents opened and even take screen snapshots at your set interval like a surveillance camera.

Speaking for myself, I don't like any kind of spyware, whatever one calls it. Parental controls being a separate issue.

Is it possible to have open dialogue with all the users?

That's the problem, if you remember i PMed you the first time, :red:, about the Spylocked problem, and i was able to sort that out myself, Thanks to Spyware Doctor (before it went all buggy on me) i was able to to find alot more problems, then spylocked, i found Dialer's, trojans, and the reason i want to use this program is that no one is owning up to this problem, everytime i go on this computer the history is wiped clean, so i have no idea of what is going on.......are you sure SpyPal is safe...?????

What is the Operating System, how many users, and of those, who is running with Administrator account permissions? :)

It's Windows XP, there are 2 other users (siblings), and we all use the Administrator account, there is no other passwords or accounts on the computer....

That's not a good thing, Administrators have unrestricted access to the computer and can Remove/Add just about anything.
With three Administrator accounts on one home machine, a malware magnet. :lip:

Once again, i'd like to say thanks for your help :red:, im gonna create 3 account's with less access then what it has on the Administrator account and assign them to me and my siblings, change the administrator account's password, and keep it for emergencies, or big changes.
